When Athena contacted me and asked if we could shoot a patriotic themed session, I was very excited to accept! It had been a while since I had worked with Athena, and this would be the first time that she had been in my basement studio.
This turned out to be a rather long session. We started out in the studio with some risque shots with the flag. Is she naked under that flag, or not? I’ll never tell!! 🙂 Then we headed down the road a ways, to a farm location for a few more shots, then we headed off to Hamlin Beach to finish off the session.
Speaking of Hamlin Beach. The sand flies were absolutely horrific at the beach that day! It had rained earlier, while we were in studio, and I don’t know if that had anything to do with the sand flies being such a pain in the ass or not – but they were out by the millions and biting like crazy! >:(
Athena handled the situation like the pro that she is, and the session was a huge success!
